To celebrate 120 years of Pane quotidiano Onlus with an emblematic event at La Triennale in Milan.
Displaying bread is interpreted as an emblem of sociability, an element of great symbolic value expressing tradition, art, dexterity, sharing and a spirit of communion. Twenty internationally-famous Italian artists and designers and ten famous chefs created 30 new, unexpected types of bread.
Both ceramic versions, possible through the support of Bosa Ceramiche, and edible ones were displayed. Ten writers gave short texts on bread and Oliviero Toscani proposed an emblematic image.
